Branko Fistrovic

Branko Fistrovic is the Chief Metallurgist for Milford Mining Company. A seasoned metallurgical engineer, Branko brings over 25 years of international experience spanning mining, refining, hydrometallurgy, and pyrometallurgy. His career has taken him across the globe—including Peru, Canada, the United States, and the Democratic Republic of Congo—where he has held key leadership positions such as Chief Metallurgist, Process Superintendent, and Process Engineering Manager.

Throughout his career, Branko has led cross-functional teams and successfully delivered multi-million-dollar improvements through process optimization and capital project execution. His technical expertise and strategic approach have made him a trusted leader in complex operational environments. Outside of work, Branko enjoys traveling and fishing.
