Darin Malchus

Darin Malchus is the Vice President for Government and Community Relations at Milford Mining. Darin has played a key leadership role for the past 14 years across various owners. A graduate of California State University, Chico, Darin holds a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting and is a licensed CPA. His professional background includes experience with the global accounting firm KPMG, serving as CFO for multiple organizations, and a notable tenure in product development for a tool manufacturing company, where he helped develop and patent several innovative products.  A lifelong resident of Milford, Utah, Darin has spent much of his life near the very mine he now helps lead. Deeply connected to the region, he appreciates the rugged beauty of the Utah landscape and enjoys spending his free time off-roading, rockhounding, and exploring new destinations through travel. His career reflects a blend of financial expertise, operational leadership, and a hands-on approach to innovation and development.
