Jason Schroeder

Jason Schroeder is the HR Manager at Milford Mining Company.  Jason is an accomplished HR and workforce development leader with more than 15 years of experience driving organizational growth, culture transformation, and operational excellence across mining, manufacturing, consulting, and nonprofit sectors.  He has been instrumental in scaling the company’s workforce more than fivefold within 15 months, while embedding inclusive hiring practices and delivering high-impact programs to support a fast-evolving work environment.  A native of Vermont, Jason earned his bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Vermont.  Jason has a passion for building strategic partnerships, aligning HR operations with business goals, and streamlining processes to enhance employee experience and organizational performance, and he brings both analytical and human-centered thinking to every facet of HR work.  Outside the office, enjoys spending time with family and friends.  He’s an avid hiker, and photographer with a deep interest in geology and the outdoors—a fitting match for his role in Utah’s mining sector.
