Melissa Harmon is the newest member of Milford Mining Company Utah. As the Finance Manager, Melissa blends hands-on expertise with a practical, people-first approach to finance and accounting. She’s spent her career leading accounting functions across a wide range of industries—from startups and construction firms to product-based businesses and property management. She’s managed multi-entity financials, untangled audits, and helped teams navigate big transitions, all while keeping her eye on the details that matter. Melissa earned her accounting degree from Washington State University and brings a calm, can-do energy to every challenge. She’s known for building strong working relationships and helping teams work smarter—not just faster. When she’s not deep in spreadsheets, you’ll probably find Melissa outdoors with her family—preferably on something that runs on gasoline, like a snowmobile, boat, or sand buggy. She also loves a good book and has a soft spot for family history.
