Rob Clark
Rob Clark is the Process Manager at Milford Mining Company. Rob is a seasoned operations and project professional with over 20 years of global experience in hydrometallurgy, SX/EW technology, and continuous improvement across copper, cobalt, uranium, nickel, and antimony processing circuits. Rob brings a rare blend of hands-on operational leadership and technical commissioning expertise, with a proven track record of delivering production uplift, optimizing processes, and leading cross-cultural teams in both greenfield and brownfield projects. Prior to starting with MMCU, Rob was the Process Superintendent Hydromet-SX at BHP’s Olympic Dam where he lead a team that was responsible for a 47% increase in copper cathode production and a 36% uplift in uranium output, driven by the implementation of Lean Management and BHP Operating System (BOS) tools. His strong foundation in project management (RMIT Postgraduate Certificate) and operational discipline have enabled him to thrive in complex and remote environments, particularly across the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), where he held multiple leadership roles for operations producing in excess of 300,000 t/pa of copper cathode. Earlier roles include production and commissioning assignments with PPM Global, Minara Resources, Straits Resources, and Birla Nifty. Rob is known for his collaborative leadership style, strong commitment to safety, and deep operational knowledge of metallurgical systems. He is driven by continuous improvement, sustainable performance, and developing local and technical talent within teams.
